Our goal is to serve you. We take great pride in our warm, loving, and helpful staff. Enter a patient, leave a friend.
Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (ARNP) are independently licensed in Washington state, and are independent contractors with health insurance companies. ARNPs have full prescriptive authority.
Michael A. Gregory, ARNP, is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with national certification in Family Practice from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, membership in Sigma Theta Tau (the Honor Society of Nursing), and full prescriptive authority in Washington state. A health care provider for more than 30 years, he has trained in family practice, emergency services, urgent care, and intensive care. He completed graduate studies at the University of Florida as a National Health Service Corps scholar, and studied both family health and critical care, graduating with high honors. He has worked as an ARNP in WA since 1992, practicing in Quincy, Wenatchee, and Mount Vernon before opening Village Family Health in Bellingham in 2005. His patients appreciate his expertise, compassion, and sense of humor.
Gregory believes in a proactive approach to health and fitness. He encourages patients to make healthy food choices that compliment an active lifestyle, believing that proper diet and exercise are the best "medicine" for us all. He is an avid competitive kayaker and loves paddling on Bellingham Bay.
Angela Belcaster, ARNP, is a graduate of the Master's of Science in Nursing program at Seattle Pacific University. She completed a Mental Health fellowship while at SPU and is a member of AANP (the Association of Clinicians for the Underserved) and Sigma Theta Tau (the Honor Society of Nursing). She has over 25 years of experience in the nursing field.
She has a special interest in the provision of mental health services in primary care practice and women's health (including well women care, contraceptive counseling, menopausal concerns, and vaginal/sexual health difficulties). She welcomes new pediatric patients into her practice (birth through adolescence) as well as asthma patients. A significant part of her training has been devoted to Asthma and Allergy management within the scope of the primary care setting.
As a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with full prescriptive authority, she strives to provide holistic whole person care and encourages open communication and a full partnership with her patients in decisions about their health.
Outside of her clinical practice, she is an active poet and writer and enjoys hiking, gardening, and spending time with her six children.
