We know times are tough for everyone. If you pay in full at the time of service, we offer a discount on our already-low prices. This discount is available to all self-pay patients and those with insurance who occasionally want to pay out-of-pocket. If you are an established patient, charges for minor concerns start at $60, before the discount.

We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, money orders, certified bank checks, and personal checks if we know you well.

Patient Information and Privacy

On your first visit, we will start building your confidential file. All patient information is carefully protected. We will never release it without your approval. Our Privacy Practices statement explains your confidentiality rights.

Medication Refills for Established Patients

When in a pinch, please call your pharmacist and he/she will fax a refill request to us. Refills normally require a consultation with your health care provider.
